Character Oriented

I am giving the below wisdom(from frozen thoughts) which everyone should know. I faced a person(s),who gave lot of importance to their reputation rather than to their character. If they get any chance to see this post and understand the truth I will the happiest person. If they had gave importance to their character, lot of good things had been happened,but that didn't happen,even then it helped me to understand a lot about myself .Thanks to them :) :)

“Character is who you are .Reputation is what others think of you. Character is the man. Reputation is the shadow. Every time you catch the shadow,when the man moves, you will lose you grip on the shadow. Instead,catch the man and you have already caught the shadow. Character is the cause and reputation is the effect. When you work on the cause,you are already working on the effect. When you enhance the cause,you are already enhancing the effect. Enhance your character and you are already enhancing you reputation.
The reputation that is born out of character is sustained even during changing times. The reputation that is born in the absence of character not only needs a lot of servicing ,but also falls flat when the circumstances get stiffer.”

I want to share a thought provoking topic which I read in the 'frozen Thoughts'

“Nothing wrong turned out to be right in the long run. The very fact that so many failures have finally turned into outstanding success implies that failures are not wrong.

The difference between ordinary people who remain ordinary and those ordinary people who turn themselves into extraordinary ones is the way they deal with the failures and setbacks in the life. At every fall,the extraordinary ones refused to remain fallen. They refused to quit. They refused to give up. They refused to accept a NO from life. Their greatest glory was not in never falling,but rising every time they fell. Rather than focussing on their failures ,they continued to focus on their goals.

To fail without putting in the effort may be wrong,but failure in itself can never be wrong. Fear of failure will not allow you to come out of your comfort zone. No new venture guarantees success and no new diversification promises profits. Champions understand that it is better to face outstanding failures than mediocre successes. Dare to fail,for only those who fail enough can succeed enough. If you have not failed enough it means you have not tried enough, and if you have not tried enough then how will you succeed enough. Failure is a parenthesis inside which success hides and history makers dig them out through relentless striving. Life cannot be punctuated with success alone;failure too will find its imprints. Learn from your failures and move on. Failure is not a result,but a feedback. The lesson you learn will prove to be your most important tools in carving your future successes.

Whenever you are knocked down,bounce back ,learn a lesson,forget the beating and move upward. Use setbacks to propel you forward. Failure is only a state of mind and nothing more. When a winner losses,he always comes back to be a better winner “

The above topic inspire me lot,moreover it seems to be the answer for my first blog (in tamil) :).
I am very proud to say that I overcame one of the failure (shouldn't say failure,a little setback in my life that's it ) that I I faced. Feel,enjoy the failures that you are facing. It will make you aware about yourself :SELF-AWARENESS. You will become mature in your life,in you thinking if you rightly handled your failures. Experience you failures and you will discover the GURU within you :).Have great life

இங்கே நான் வாரமலர் இதழில் படித்த சிறுகதை பற்றி கூற விரும்புகிறேன்.மார்ச் 8 2009 வெளியான இதழில் இருந்து என்னை மிகவும் வருத்தப்படவும் சிந்திக்கவும் வைத்த கதை... கதையின் தலைப்பு "சொல்லுகளேன்".. இந்த கதையில் வரும் பெண்ணுக்கு தன்னுடய கணவன் அவனுடய கடந்த வாழ்கையில் தன்னுடய சொந்த அக்காவை ஏமாற்றியவன் அதன் மூலம் தன்னுடய அக்கா அவளுடைய உயிரை மாய்த்துக் கொண்டாள் என்று தெரிந்த பிறகும், இந்த சமுதாயம் மேல் உள்ள பயம் ,மற்றும் தன்னுடய குழந்தையின் வாழ்கை ,தனக்கு ஏற்படும் கெட்ட பெயர்கள் என பலவாராக சிந்தித்து அவனுடன் வாழ்கிற மாதிரி , இதற்கு முடிவு என்ன என்று கேட்பது போல் கதையை முடித்து இருந்தார்கள்.
இதில் வருத்தப் படகூடிய விஷயம் என்ன என்றால், இந்த 21 நூற்றாண்டில் , அதுவும் பெண்கள் பல துறைகளில் முன்னேறி வரும் இக்காலத்தில் இப்படி ஒரு கதை ,அதுவும் உலக மகளிர் தினத்தன்று இந்த மாதிரி கதை வெளி ஆகி இருப்பதுதான் . "பயம் தான் வாழ்கயின் முன்னேற்றத்துக்கு மிக பெரிய எதிரி".இதை இக்காலத்துப் பெண்கள் நன்றாகவே புரிந்து இருக்கிறார்கள்.இவ்வாரு இருக்கும் சமுதாயதில் ஒரு மிக பெரிய மலர் இப்படி ஒரு கதைக்கு பரிசு கொடுத்து வரவேற்று இருப்பது மிகவும் வருத்த பட வேண்டிய விஷயம்.
